Our Chair is pleased to invite academic staff to explore the newly developed, free teaching materials and educational tools created within the INTHRACE project, dedicated to intangible cultural heritage.
The main aim of INTHRACE is to strengthen long-term public awareness of intangible cultural heritage at the regional, national and European levels, while fostering civic engagement, cultural heritage preservation and a shared sense of European identity.
The project has developed a diverse set of resources providing both theoretical and practical frameworks for expanding knowledge on intangible cultural heritage. These materials are intended to support academic staff in teaching, help integrate ICH-related topics into higher education, and contribute to the wider dissemination of knowledge about intangible cultural heritage among students and society.
We were pleased to contribute to this important initiative, carried out by an international consortium including Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania, as coordinator, the University of Warsaw, Poland, the University of West Attica, Greece, the University of Zagreb, Croatia, the University of the Azores, Portugal, and Pax Rhodopica Foundation, Bulgaria.
